Mr. Lewis started his law career in the legal department of a large insurance company where he handled insurance defense claims after which he associated with two prominent personal injury firms. This background has given him the expertise in dealing with personal injury claims for his clients who have suffered accident injuries. Mark has been representing individuals with insurance claims for over two decades and he accepts most injury cases involving any type of accident including automobile, motorcycle, slip and fall, dog-bite, and dangerous product cases. The firm accepts these cases on a contingent fee basis so that the client pays no legal fee until there is a settlement.

He also has extensive experience representing clients in bankruptcy court. In his career, he has filed thousands of bankruptcy cases, both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. He and his staff have helped thousands of people reduce or eliminate millions of dollars of debt. The firm has helped people find ways to keep their homes, cars, and personal property and make a fresh financial start.

Mark additionally has vast experience and knowledge of divorce law. He has handled numerous uncontested and contested divorce cases. He also has drafted legal separation agreements for clients. With the passage of no-fault legislation in early 2011, it is easier and more affordable than ever to file for divorce. If the parties agree on the division of assets and on custody of any children, then the divorce is considered “uncontested”. After the initial consultation, all the paperwork is handled through the mail and no personal court appearance is necessary.

Mr. Lewis is here to help. His legal fees are reasonable and he does accept payment plans. Call today or email us if you have a question. Mark monitors his email frequently and is always glad to help. Don’t delay, contact him today.
